At Democracy House, we have a number of office suites available on a range of terms providing a dynamic, elegant and stimulating environment for individuals, start-ups and mature businesses alike.

Suite 1

Our co-working space is a large suite with the capacity to house a maximum of 16 people at any one time. Suite 1 enjoys fantastic natural light thanks to the stunning floor to ceiling windows at the far end of the space and although this area is directly at the front of the building, sitting off the reception, conifer trees are positioned outside to ensure privacy is maintained.

Suite 3

Our aim is to make your working life as comfortable as possible. Suite 3 in Democracy House is located on the Ground Floor and affords you just the right amount of privacy without the price tag. This is a great dedicated desk space in a smaller suite with natural light. Suite 3 can accommodate 4 people.

Suite 4

Enjoying natural daylight, Suite 4 offers a smaller suite on the Ground Floor with just the right amount of privacy without the price tag. Suite 4 can accommodate 2-3 people depending on the desk layouts.

Suite 5

This suite is located on the First Floor at Democracy House and is one of our largest offices. It is a lovely bright suite with double aspect windows and able to accommodate up to 15 people dependent on furniture layout. The Suite is unfurnished but can be provided furnished if required.

Suite 6

Suite 6 is located on the first level of the split hallway on the First Floor at Democracy House. The space enjoys great natural light and has tall ceilings giving it a spacious feel. The Suite can accommodate 6 people dependent on furniture layouts and it comes unfurnished but can be provided furnished if required.

Suite 7

One of the largest suites in the building, Suite 7 is located on the First Floor at Democracy House. The space has high ceilings and a light, fresh and airy atmosphere with the traditional stunning bay windows completing the space. The Suite can accommodate up to 15 people dependent on furniture layouts and it comes unfurnished but can be provided furnished if required.

Suite 8

Double aspect windows and tall ceilings make for a sunny and airy Suite 8. Located on the First Floor at Democracy House this suite has a connecting room with a separate window, which could be used as a small private office or storeroom. The Suite is unfurnished but can be provided furnished if required.

Suite 9

Suite 9 is located on the Second Floor of Democracy House and is a large space with natural daylight and could accommodate 8-10 people dependent on layout and furniture requirements. Conversely you could opt for fewer people and create a seating area and/or breakout space. The Suite is unfurnished but can be provided furnished if required.

Suite 10

Suite 10 is located on the Second Floor of Democracy House and is a bright and sunny space. This floor has a private atmosphere as it is situated at the very top of the building and has access to the WC and a communal seating area. This suite has a skylight for additional natural light and can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people depending on your furniture requirements. The Suite is unfurnished but can be provided furnished if required.
